ISABELLE LEFEBVRE, MSc., CRHA
Presidente-Founder

Isabelle holds a Bachelors in Administration from UQAM and a Masters in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal; her thesis was on job retention for information technology professionals. She has worked as a human resource generalist for over nine years, including close to seven in technology. 

The importance she attributes to the professional development of employees and her passion for reading are what led her to found Accès-Livres in 2004. 

Known for her expertise, vitality and flair for human relations, she has spent her career building business relationships based on trust, integrity and teamwork.

Michel Dion,
Vice-Président, Market Development

Michel Dion joined the Accès-Livres team as a partner when the company expanded in 2008. In addition to his degree from McGill University, he brings over 20 years of sales experience to the table. Michel’s dynamic personality and unwavering professionalism are central to our ongoing development.

Véronique has been delivering the books since 2007, and during that time her punctuality, professionalism and friendliness have not gone unnoticed. We often wonder what we would do without her smile to brighten our day!
